Job summary

HousingAnywhere is seeking a Campus Recruitment Intern to support internship hiring for offices in France and Rotterdam. You will own parts of the recruitment process, publish vacancies, source candidates, and represent the employer in university networks.

The role offers exposure to HR, Recruitment, IT and Office Management within a fast-paced People Ops team and includes ownership of your projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a big plus.
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset.
• Proactive, energetic and action-oriented attitude.
• Structured and autonomous with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process with Hiring Managers in intake meetings, interviews, and candidate pipelines.
• Attract talent by publishing vacancies across channels and proactive sourcing.
• Act as brand ambassador, engaging with university recruitment networks and building employer presence.

Motivated by the Talent and People field? We are looking for a driven and highly organised Campus Recruitment Intern to join our team and support our high-season internship hiring. This is the perfect launchpad for someone interested in people-related roles but who brings a strong commercial mindset. You won’t just be shadowing, you will learn the foundations of talent acquisition while having full ownership of your roles.

Your team

You will join our People Ops department, which includes HR, Recruitment, IT, and Office Management. As part of the Recruitment team, you’ll work alongside two other Recruiters to attract top talent to HousingAnywhere & Studapart, with a focus on internship positions. We value a high level of ownership, autonomy, teamwork and a results-oriented mindset.

Your role

As the Campus Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in the internship hiring for our offices in France and Rotterdam. This includes:

• Drive the Full-Cycle Process: Step right into the action! You will partner with Hiring Managers in intake meetings, conduct first-round interviews, and guide candidates smoothly through your own pipeline.
• Talent Attraction: Get our roles seen by the right young talent. You will strategically publish vacancies across diverse channels and university boards, and jump into proactive sourcing to hunt down talent.
• Act as our Brand Ambassador: Be the face of HousingAnywhere! You will dive into the university recruitment network, build our employer brand, and connect with the next generation of talent.

Your profile

• Language skills: Fluent in English; French proficiency is a big plus.
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset: You enjoy interacting with and persuading diverse stakeholders.
• A true go-getter: You have a proactive, energetic and action-oriented attitude.
• Structured & autonomous: Great organisational skills (you love keeping things on track) and feel completely comfortable owning your work in a fast-paced environment.
