You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce while ensuring an exceptional candidate and intern experience. You will also contribute to our employer branding efforts, helping shape how we present ourselves to talent—both through engaging events and strategic content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for young talent (interns, entry-level, and junior roles) across all departments.
  • Internship Program Management: Coordinate and manage two intern recruiters per recruitment cycle, overseeing the hiring around 100 interns annually.
  • Intern Onboarding & Development: Own the onboarding, training, and development journey for all interns in our ‘Best Internship in Retail’ program, while supporting their managers throughout the process. You will be in the lead of planning and hosting all BIIR events. You will also be the first HR point-of-contact for all interns and their managers for their questions and concerns.
  • Program Innovation: Continuously innovating the ‘Best Internship in Retail’ (BIIR) program to better align with intern learning and development needs.
  • Ambassador Program: Manage the BIIR Ambassador Program to continuously improve the internship experience using feedback from a small designated group of interns each internship round.
  • KPI Reporting: Track and report recruitment KPIs for the internship roles in our HQ NL.
  • Educational Partnerships: Maintain and grow relationships with MBO, HBO, and university coordinators to secure internship placements and drive collaboration. Participating in campus events, school visits and support with company visits from schools.
  • Employer Branding Projects: Being the lead for our Online Presence project group by owning the content strategy for external employer branding outings, managing the Hunkemöller LinkedIn page, being responsible for review websites and job boards, and organizing employer branding photoshoots to create compelling employer branding content.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • At least 2 years of work experience in recruitment in a consultancy or corporate role.
  • Strong interest in attracting and developing early career talent; experience as a Campus Recruiter is a big plus.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing processes.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, confidently representing the company at university fairs and school events.
