Job description

Join the TUI Family – Cabin Crew Opportunities at Schiphol. Ready to Take Your Career to New Heights? At TUI, we believe that travel is about more than just destinations—it’s about creating moments that matter.

We're looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and service-driven individuals to join our cabin crew team at Schiphol Airport. If you have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and a strong commitment to safety, we'd love to meet you. As a "Maker of Happy," you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.

This is a role where no two days are the same—where you'll embrace change, work as part of a supportive team, and create unforgettable experiences for passengers from around the world.

About the Role.

As a Cabin Crew Member with TUI, you'll be at the heart of our operation, delivering exceptional service with a "sales through service" mindset. Your highest priority is the safety of our customers, and you'll carefully and consistently follow all safety, first aid, and service procedures. You'll communicate confidently, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and adapt your communication style to quickly build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You're dedicated, passionate, and gain energy from working as part of a team to achieve great results. Flexibility and resilience are key—you’ll embrace change and unexpected situations, from schedule changes to onboard emergencies. You'll also quickly learn new technologies and encourage others to do the same.

Your Profile.

At least 18 years old by November 1, 2026. Can reach a height of 1.89 m, without shoes and with your feet flat on the floor. Physically capable of performing all legally required duties, including sitting correctly in a jump seat and fastening the shoulder harness. Can swim at least 25 meters. Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing and an EASA Cabin Crew medical examination before and during your employment. Speak, understand, and write Dutch and English to a very good standard, equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3. Flexible and available to work within a 24/7 flight schedule. Can report to Schiphol Airport within 60 minutes while wearing your uniform. Hold a valid EU/EEA or Swiss passport with at least 6 months' validity remaining. Able to obtain the necessary visas for travel—selected candidates must undergo a background check with positive results and provide proof of required vaccinations.

About You.

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service—you're happy to go the extra mile. Motivated to successfully complete our safety, first aid, and service training—and confidently apply your knowledge. Skilled at managing multiple priorities, solving problems efficiently, and remaining calm under pressure. A true team player with strong communication skills. Fluent in both Dutch and English—to communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues. Flexible and positive—ready for a role where no two days are the same.

What TUI Offers You.
  • Fantastic holiday benefits, including discounts and special offers.
  • No experience required—you’ll receive comprehensive in‑house training from passionate and experienced trainers in an inspiring environment.
  • Training allowance of €175 gross per week—from the first day of your training.
  • 1-year annualized‑hours contract upon successful completion of training.
  • Work 100% during the summer season (April–October) and 60% during the winter season (November–March).
  • Receive the same salary each month, based on the average of those 12 months, equivalent to 83.33% of a full‑time salary (€2,648.32 gross).
  • A balanced roster—maximum of 17 working days scheduled within each 28‑day period when working at 100%.
  • Free uniform and airport parking for work‑related days.
