Job summary

Robin Radar in Delft is seeking a Software Developer to help design, build, and maintain high-quality C++ code for next-generation radar software.

You will contribute to mind-blowing radar tech, deploying software on Linux, and working in an Agile I&D Software Engineering Team with strong collaboration across departments. English communication is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a C++ Software Developer and with current knowledge of (advanced) C++ 17/20 standards.
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying software on Linux.
• Knowledge of multithreaded code, real-time environments and Qt.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases, JSON and XML.
• Familiarity with low-level hardware interactions.
• Ability to develop unit tests of code components using GoogleTest.
• Experience with Bitbucket or similar version control systems, Jira and Qt Creator.
• Strong understanding of the software development life-cycle and familiarity with continuous integration (Jenkins).
• Experience with development methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
• Good communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
