Overview

Business Unit Controller (36-40 hours per week). We are looking for a Business Unit Controller for our animation activities. You combine financial expertise with a hands-on mindset. In this role, you’ll be the financial backbone of the Animation BU, ensuring transparency, control, and insight.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the BU team on budgeting, planning & financing
• Provide cost reports, margin forecasts & cash planning per project
• Manage timesheets, cost coverage & (tax) incentive processes
• Deliver clear end-of-month reports to management

Qualifications

• Strong financial background (Controller or similar role)
• Analytical, accurate, and proactive
• Great communication skills to connect finance & production teams
• Able to set priorities and work independently
• Experience in our branch and knowledge of regulations related to tax shelter, film fund, etc would be a great asset
