A mentoring organization in Flevoland seeks a Business Mentor for its Scale·Forward Program. This role involves guiding 1-2 startups over a 9-month journey, helping them refine business models and prepare for investor readiness. The ideal candidate is a seasoned founder or operator with a strong track record in growth-stage ventures and a passion for supporting emerging markets. The role offers flexible virtual sessions, a paid mentorship, and access to a valuable network of peers and partners.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Business / Startup Mentor – Scale·Forward Program

About the Program

Forward·Inc’s Scale·Forward Program supports 15 high‑potential Jordanian startups in scaling their ventures and becoming investment‑ready. Each startup is paired with a dedicated business mentor who guides them through their personalised growth journey from implementing their intervention plans to preparing for investor matchmaking.

About the Role

As a Business Mentor, you will be matched with 1–2 startups and serve as their trusted advisor over a 9‑month journey. You’ll help them apply practical strategies, achieve measurable results, and navigate investor readiness with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct bi-weekly mentoring sessions (60 minutes each).
• Review progress against intervention plan goals and provide actionable feedback.
• Help founders refine their business models, validate growth assumptions, and prepare for fundraising.
• Join periodic syncs with the Forward·Inc team to ensure program alignment.
• Share insights, tools, and frameworks from your experience to accelerate their progress.

Time Commitment

• Approx. 4–6 hours/month over 9 months (January – September 2026).
• Flexible schedule; virtual sessions.
