Job summary

Sika is seeking a Business Process Expert for Logistics & Transportation Management to lead SAP LE-TRA and TM rollouts across the EMEA region. You will own sub-projects, design efficient logistics processes, and oversee critical interfaces between SAP environments while mentoring junior consultants.

You will collaborate with business units and external partners, apply deep SAP expertise, and drive change management to optimize the regional supply chain. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• BA or MA in Business Administration or IT, or equivalent.
• Several years of proven experience in SAP LE-TRA and deep knowledge of SAP TM.
• Strong understanding of SCM, especially Transport Management, and adjacent SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-decomposition skills and result-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in German and English; strong stakeholder communication.
• MS Office proficiency and willingness to travel up to 30%.

• Lead Strategic Rollouts: Spearhead SAP implementations and seamlessly integrate new acquisitions across the EMEA region.
• Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for sub-projects and workstreams during SAP TM go-lives and optimization phases.
• Process Architect: Analyze complex logistics workflows to design practical, high-efficiency solutions that connect business reality with SAP capability.
• Technical Integration: Oversee critical interfaces and integrations between diverse SAP environments.
• Mentorship & Innovation: Act as a mentor to junior consultants and actively refine our internal standards and methodologies.
• Strategic Support: Serve as the primary expert for logistics solutions, handling high-level process requests, error analysis, and change management.
• Collaborative Network: Align with business departments, external consultants, and our internal IT house to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.

• BA or MAdegree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Several years of proven experience in SAP LE-TRA and deep, functional knowledge of SAP TM.
• A solid understanding of SCM processes with a focus on Transport Management, complemented by a basic grasp of adjacent SAP modules.
• You possess the ability to deconstruct complex problems and translate them into structured, goal-oriented results.
• Fluency in German and English is essential. You are a confident communicator and presenter who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You are proficient in MS Office and enjoy the variety of regional work, including a 30% travel readiness.
