Job summary
Danone in the Netherlands is offering a Business Performance Intern position within the Specialized Nutrition Benelux team in Rijswijk, starting November 2026 for 6 months. You will support data analysis, reporting and decision support to optimize commercial activities and Field Force performance.
You will collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Medical and Data teams, analyze sell-out data, dashboards, and KPIs, and help implement Multichannel Engagement and SFE initiatives while developing hands-on
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the entire duration of the internship.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus (written and spoken).
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and performance tracking is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Process sell-out data and upload indirect data for detailed analysis.
- Track KPIs across Specialized Nutrition categories and transform data into insights.
- Support multichannel engagement and sales force effectiveness initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Medical and Data teams to align efforts.
