Job summary

YETI in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to govern sell-in data on the B2B platform and Brightpearl ERP. You will partner with merchandising and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely seasonal setups.

This role requires at least 2 years in B2B admin or customer service, strong Excel, and experience with B2B tools. Hybrid work from our Amsterdam office; right to work in the Netherlands is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in B2B admin or customer service.
• Strong Excel skills; validation test will be done.
• Experience with a B2B tool; SAP Master Data/OTC experience preferred.
• Hybrid schedule from Amsterdam Office; must have right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and govern sell-in data on the B2B platform and ERP (Brightpearl).
• Work with merchandising to prepare B2B tool for seasonal sell-in and launching in season.
• Establish and administer customer accounts and user access on the B2B platform.
• Build documentation for B2B training and support new hires.
• Support, test, and validate new initiatives within ERP and B2B systems; cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to transmit data to warehouse operations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process issues to minimize business impact.
• Drive continuous improvement for data quality and efficiency.

About the Role

In this role,you will partner with the key players in the organization to ensure data supports future growth.

What You Do

• Create, maintain, and governsell indataon theB2Bplatform,and,whenneeded,in theERP system(currently Brightpearl).
• Work with the merchandising team to ensure the B2B tool is ready for seasonal sell-inand launching in season.
• Establish and administer customer accounts and user access within the B2B platform.
• Build documentation for B2B training purposes and support trainingofnew hires.
• Be the support contact for any user issues on the Brighpearl and B2B Platform.
• Support, test, and validate new business initiatives within ERP and B2B systems, partnering cross-functionally to optimize and strengthen end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to facilitate seamless data transmission to warehouse operations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process flow issues, leveraging deep system expertise to minimize business impact.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, system performance, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Greater than 2yearsof experienceinB2B adminorCustomer service role
• Strong excel skills(a skill validation test will be done)
• Experience in using a B2B tool is required
• Experience with SAP Master Dataor Order to Cash Areaspreferred
• Ability to adapt andwork in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environmentandcapable of workingindependently.
• Ability to communicate clearly in the English Language(both written and verbally).
• Able to work on a hybrid schedule from our Amsterdam Office
• Must have the right to work in the Netherlands at the time of application
