Job summary

YETI is offering a hands-on internship in Amsterdam to gain experience in a fast-paced, global environment while contributing to operational excellence across the EMEA region. You will work with multiple business functions and support daily operations.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams, and assist with master data and reporting tasks, developing data management and process improvement skills.

About the Role

You will work closely with multiple business functions and support operational excellence across the EMEA region.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day business operations across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Assist with master data setup, maintenance, and governance across internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with operational standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and document standard operating procedures.
• Maintain internal systems, platforms, and operational tools.
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, analyses, and presentations.
• Support decision-making through operational reporting and data insights.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Curious, proactive, and interested in end-to-end business operations.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in operations, retail, logistics, or internships is beneficial but not required.
• Interest in outdoor activities and the YETI brand.
