They’re looking for a BI Developer to transform complex business data into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making and performance management. You won’t just be another cog in the machine—you’ll be joining a tight-knit, collaborative team at the early stages of an exciting growth journey.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build dashboards and reports in Power BI: you develop and maintain Power BI models, reports and dashboards and ensure that large datasets are loaded efficiently.
  • Translate customer needs into solutions: you analyze customer requirements, build customized solutions, and develop wireframes and visualizations to clearly present your solution.
  • Data Collection, Modeling, and Access: You\'ll collect data from on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), use SQL to prepare data sources, and develop data models and dashboards. You\'ll collaborate with data engineers to design logical data models.
  • Support knowledge development: you guide users in working with Power BI and help colleagues improve their BI skills.
Requirements
  • Strong command of Power BI, including DAX and the Power Query formula language.
  • Experience with SQL for preparing data sources and data analysis.
  • Good knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Experience designing and implementing complex Power BI solutions in large enterprises.
  • Professional or Fluent Dutch Speaker.
Benefits
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Contribute to international projects that challenge and develop your skills.
  • Be part of a flexible, innovative, and fun team that thrives on collaboration and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages personal growth and technical excellence.
  • Headquarters in The Hague, with the option for hybrid work arrangements.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • A dynamic, fun, and innovative workplace culture.
