Pearl Abyss is seeking a proactive Business Development Assistant to support partnerships, client outreach, and day-to-day growth activities within the Brand Division. You will help build relationships across communities and games, contributing to global visibility and EMEA objectives.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international team.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Development Assistant to support partnerships, client outreach, day-to-day business development activities, and general support for the Brand Division. This role is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator, commercially minded, and passionate about building relationships and growing brand visibility.

You will join a lean but dedicated team working across multiple communities, platforms and games such as Black Desert, Crimson Desert and upcoming releases such as DokeV and PLAN 8. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to ensure all Pearl Abyss current and future titles will achieve EMEA goals.

• Research and identify potential partners, vendors, and collaboration opportunities that align with company objectives
• Coordinate scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups for partner meetings and calls
• Track partnership agreements (MNDAs, contracts), deliverables, and key deadlines, flagging items that need attention
• Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership
• Assist in the development of market, competitor, and industry research
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts, including across languages and time zones where relevant

• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive business and partner information

Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
