Job summary

Nexperia is looking for a Business Controller to join our Shared Service Center Controlling team. You will partner with 21 SSCs worldwide, drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, and provide data-driven insights to senior leaders across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.

You will challenge assumptions, identify cost optimization opportunities, and deliver timely management reports and business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or a comparable finance role within an international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders constructively.
• A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mentality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar reporting and planning tools is an advantage.

• Lead short-, medium-, and long‑term forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes.
• Present financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior management.

About the Role

As a Business Controller, you will be part of the Shared Service Center (SSC) Controlling team, responsible for financial planning, performance management, and business partnering across 21 global SSC organizations with a combined annual spend exceeding USD 400 million. You will work closely with senior leaders from functions such as HR, IT, Finance, Facility Management, Package R&D, Corporate Affairs, and Legal, providing financial insights that support strategic decision‑making, operational excellence, and sustainable cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted Finance Business Partner for assigned SSC organizations.
• Actively support and challenge senior stakeholders on financial and operational performance.
• Participate in leadership and management team discussions, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
