Job description

We are currently looking for a Business Controller!

The client is active in the offshore engineering industry. It is an offshore EPIC company that is mainly active in the energy sector and is known for its experience in working with stakeholders from various business functions.

In this position, you combine financial supervision with acting as a business partner. You will work closely with the operations teams to provide financial insights, oversee accounting, provide support with budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with Dutch regulations.

Location: East of Hoogeveen, the Netherlands

Start: Augustus/September 2026

Hours: 32-40 hours

Contract: Hybrid (1-2 days remote)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations
• Experience with ERP systems
• Preferably experience in the oil and gas, energy, industrial or engineering sectors
