Job summary

Enreach is offering a Business Control Intern role to support the Finance team in a fast-growing, subscription-driven business across Europe. You will own a concrete improvement project, work with senior controllers, and help design revenue models, budgets, and KPI reporting.

The role suits students in Finance/Business Economics who are analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel. Two WFH days per week are offered with the Almere office as the base.

Qualifications

• Must study finance/related field (HBO/WO).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Interest in data modeling, KPIs, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve revenue analysis models for subscription services.
• Build budget and forecast models for revenue and COGS.
• Develop OPEX and FTE models for cost transparency.
• Support month-end closing activities and performance reporting.
• Contribute to cost control analysis and monitor variances vs. budget.
• Define and monitor key financial and operational KPIs (e.g., margin, ARPU).
• Enhance and document control tools for scalability across entities.

Are you an analytical and ambitious student looking to gain hands-on experience in Business Control within an international telecom environment? Enreach is looking for a Business Control Intern to support our Finance team in a fast-growing, subscription-driven business operating across multiple European entities.

The role and what you will do

As a Business Control Intern, you will work closely with the Controlling team and take ownership of a concrete improvement project that creates lasting impact. Together with your supervisor, you will define and execute a project such as:

• Designing and improving revenue analysis models for subscription-based services
• Building budget and forecast models for revenue and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
• Developing OPEX and FTE models to improve cost transparency
• Supporting month-end closing activities and performance reporting
• Contributing to cost control analysis, identifying cost drivers and monitoring variances versus budgetSupporting the definition and monitoring of key financial and operational KPIs (e.g., margin development, ARPU, cost per FTE)
• Enhancing and documenting business control tools for scalability across entities.

You will combine analytical work with practical implementation, ensuring your output can be used directly in management reporting and decision-making.

Who you are

• Currently enrolled in HBO or WO in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, financial modeling)
• Interest in data modeling, KPI's, and process improvement
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in an international environment.
