As Business Application Manager, D&IT Projects, you will drive the delivery of Information Systems (IS) solutions that enhance business performance across Santen EMEA. Working closely with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other business functions, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital solutions—from planning and design to implementation, system management, and user adoption.
As part of the EMEA Business Solutions team, you will manage IS projects, support Santen's digital transformation, help shape the future application landscape, and ensure GxP compliance where applicable. Collaborating with stakeholders across the EMEA region and global teams, including Santen headquarters in Japan, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, business‑focused technology solutions.
