You'll build meaningful partnerships with amongst other patient organisations, healthcare providers, and policymakers, and lead initiatives that remove the barriers to access innovative treatments. Portfolio responsibilities
The Public Affairs manager coordinates as a Business Partner the blending of internal and external voices in order to:
Strong track record in public affairs, advocacy or in a political/governmental environment Understanding of the Dutch political and health care system Preferred: Experience working in or with the pharmaceutical sector Preferred: An existing network of relevant stakeholders in the Netherlands
Strong communicator and networker Ability to build sustainable relationships within the organisation, with policymakers, patient organizations and other external stakeholders Analytical and forward thinker, problem solver, results oriented, self-organized and self-starter Political sensitive and a good understanding of politics and media Excellent influencing skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities and complex systems simultaneously Entrepreneurial mindset Ability to operate in a cross-cultural and matrix environment Integrity and self-awareness
Master’s degree in an appropriate field (Health Sciences, Political science, Policy) or equivalent experience. Medical degree (pharmacist, doctor) is welcomed
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written, is a strict requirement

The salary range for this position is :€74.000,00 - €98.000 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
