Job summary

HireHi is modernizing pension administration across Europe with a strong presence in Denmark and the Netherlands. The team seeks a capable professional to translate business requirements into system specifications and support life and pension platform implementations.

You will work with clients and internal teams in an international environment, contribute to solution design and process modeling, and help align teams across locations while building relationships in the Dutch pension market.

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of the Dutch life and pension market.
• Experience with IT implementation projects and/or change management.
• Fluent Dutch and good working English.

The client modernizes pension administration across Europe. With a strong presence in Denmark and the Netherlands, its platform is being implemented at two of the largest pension administrators in the Dutch market.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications
• Analyze pension products, processes, and events to ensure the system behaves as required
• Support life and pension system implementations and change programs
• Participate in business process modeling and contribute to solution design
• Work with system configuration and understand the technical implications of requirements
• Collaborate closely with clients, domain experts, and internal teams
• Align teams and locations and build strong professional relationships in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch life and pension market
• Fluent Dutch and good working English
• Experience with IT implementation projects and/or change management
• Technical aptitude to understand the technical impact of requirements and contribute to system configuration
