Atos SE in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our Application Modernization Services (AMS) practice. You will work with clients to translate business needs into clear requirements and support teams delivering sustainable digital solutions.

You will bridge business, processes and technology, building long-term client relationships while helping stakeholders navigate change and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, information management, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with user stories and backlog refinement.
• Ability to translate complex information for varied audiences.
• Collaborative with stakeholders and development teams.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.
• Structured working style with attention to detail.

You help organizations gain insight into their challenges, translate business needs into clear requirements, and support teams in delivering sustainable solutions.You operate at the intersection of business, processes, technology, and change. By combining analytical thinking, collaboration, and advisory skills, you help clients achieve their objectives. You build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders and support them in making informed decisions during digital transformation initiatives.You do not need to meet every requirement listed in this profile. What Will You Do?

• Contribute ideas for improving existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on change initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within projects and teams.

What Do You Bring?

We are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys collaboration, and gets energy from connecting people, processes, and technology.

You recognize yourself in several of the following areas:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including user stories, backlog management, and refinement sessions.
• Experience with process modeling, BPM, UML, workflows, or similar methodologies.
• The ability to analyze complex information and communicate it clearly to different audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working with stakeholders, users, and development teams.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A structured way of working, with attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.

Nice to Have

The following qualifications are beneficial but not required:

• Knowledge of Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with TOGAF.Certifications such as IREB, BABOK (IIBA), BiSL, ITIL, ISQI (CABA), or BCS.
• Experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, or other data sources.
• Experience within the public sector, financial services, or manufacturing industries.Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement, or advisory assignments.
