Job summary

Epic in Den Bosch, Netherlands, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep our offices running smoothly in a creative, tech-forward workspace with state-of-the-art building systems.

You will handle routine upkeep, minor repairs, and support for building systems, while coordinating with vendors and helping with event setup and space changes. Relocation assistance is provided and growth is encouraged within a dynamic, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related physical trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Relocation willingness with 45-minute radius of Den Bosch (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to complex repairs.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.

This isn't a typical office - think creative, playful spaces paired with state-of-the-art building systems, including brand-new building automation technology. You'll handle day-to-day upkeep, minor repairs, and support for building systems - a great fit for someone who's skilled with tools, reliable, and enjoys keeping a well-maintained (and well-designed) workspace.
