Improving healthcare for 250 million people around the world starts with keeping our offices running smoothly, and Epic's newly renovated Den Bosch headquarters is in need of a Building Maintenance Technician to do just that. This isn't a typical office - think creative, playful spaces paired with state-of-the-art building systems, including brand-new building automation technology. You'll handle day-to-day upkeep, minor repairs, and support for building systems - a great fit for someone who's skilled with tools, reliable, and enjoys keeping a well-maintained (and well-designed) workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture)
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
