Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail and/or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics.
• Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services with a natural aptitude for sales.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and effectively multi-task.
• Dynamic, enterprising, and independent individual.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement and brow treatments.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Participate in events including product launches.
• Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
• Keep counter and displays clean and hygienic.
