Job Title

Brow & Beauty Expert – responsible for presenting and selling products, performing eyebrow treatments (tinting, waxing, shaping), and creating an unforgettable and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement, performing brow treatments, and effectively presenting Benefit products using the Beauty ABCs & Service ABCs sales approach.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
• Participate in events at your counter, including new product launches.
• Communicate stock requirements (for treatments and sales).
• Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

Profile

Your competencies and qualifications: You have proven experience in retail and/or customer contact (cosmetics experience preferred). You possess a strong passion for cosmetics and brow services, with a natural aptitude for sales. You thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate the ability to effectively multi-task. You are proactive and comfortable engaging customers to drive sales ("traffic stopping"). You are fluent in both Dutch and English. You are a dynamic, enterprising, and independent individual.
