Job summary

TRIBE Den Haag Centraal is looking for a Breakfast & Banqueting Team Member to join on a part-time or full-time basis. You are the first contact at breakfast or in meeting rooms, greeting guests warmly and helping them settle in for a great start to their day.

You’ll switch between host, barista, advisor and atmosphere maker, delivering service with TRIBE charm while upholding hygiene and food safety. A hospitality background and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in a guest-facing role.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Available for morning shifts, including weekends.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Well-presented with hospitality flair.

As a Breakfast & Banqueting Team Member, you’re the one making sure guests get that perfect first coffee of the day, a just-out-of-the-oven croissant, or a healthy smoothie. You switch effortlessly between host/hostess, barista, advisor, and atmosphere maker. No day is the same – and that’s exactly what you love.

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a part-time breakfast employee for 30 hours per week, working 5 days a week, 6 hours per day. The working day starts at 6:00 AM.

You have several years of experience in the hospitality industry and enjoy creating a warm and welcoming breakfast experience for our guests.

• An attractive salary above the Dutch Hospitality CAO: €2,593.53 gross per month / €16.06 gross per hour.
• Travel allowance up to €23 per day (depending on commuting distance).
