Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a strategic Operations Brand/Program professional to drive brand plans, align supply chain activities, and partner with Commercial, R&D, and Quality teams across global operations.

You will contribute to demand planning, capacity management and lifecycle strategies while ensuring alignment with AbbVie’s business goals and strategic imperatives. A strong track record in cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science plus business and product management in Life Science; MBA or higher education desired but not required.
• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and / or Financial Management.
• Proven capability to manage, implement and influence large change management programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned Operations Brand Program projects to ensure timely decisions with potential multi-million-dollar impact.
• Lead negotiations with TPMs and other stakeholders for contracts and service costs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain and brand plans with AbbVie’s goals.
• Develop viable brand and financial plans, LRPs, risk management and lifecycle strategies.
