Job summary

Blauw, a leading Rotterdam-based market research and consulting firm, seeks a Brand Impact Business Development Manager to drive the full commercial process from first contact to signed contracts. You’ll collaborate with marketing, brand, and insights teams to deliver compelling proposals and quotes and nurture strategic client relationships.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B), preferably in (marketing) services, research, or consulting.
• Excellent prospecting, outbound and inbound lead generation skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and questioning abilities to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads independently and follow up on inbound leads.
• Qualify prospects and refine briefing based on brand goals.
• Develop new business via phone and LinkedIn/networking, including cold calling when necessary.
• Build and strengthen relationships with marketing, brand, and insights stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations, demos, and content-focused pitches.
• Develop quotes and proposals with the team.
• Identify opportunities with existing customers and pursue follow-on orders.
