Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics HQ in Amsterdam is looking for a grounded Brand Agency Intern to join the in-house Creative Agency from February 2027 for a 6-month period (32-40 hours per week). You will support the production team in photography and film shoots and help maintain the visual identity of Rituals worldwide.

You will also assist the creative team with a range of tasks across ongoing projects, coordinating with photographers, stylists, models, and locations to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in your program for the full duration of the internship.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with a clear overview.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, preparation and execution of photo and video shoots for the Rituals brand.
• Help manage the photography and film database and expand the network of photographers, stylists, models, and locations.
• Coordinate product samples throughout the production process and act as a central contact with stakeholders.
• Assist in ongoing projects across the Brand Agency with a variety of tasks.
