The Role

We are looking for a passionate and professional Part-Time Boutique Assistant to join our small team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, informative, and engaging experience to every visitor, while supporting the smooth daily operation of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, offering knowledgeable and personal service
• Share detailed information about our fragrance collections and brand stories
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Process sales and handle transactions
• Support stock management, restocking, and occasional administrative tasks
• Assist with in-store events or brand activations as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty or fragrance retail (perfume preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic Dutch required – any added language is a strong plus
• Genuine interest in niche and luxury fragrances
• Professional, warm, and customer-oriented demeanor
• Flexible, proactive, and reliable team player
• Availability to be flexible, including weekends or evenings as needed
