Job summary

Printforce Nederland B.V. is seeking a Production Employee for the bookbindery to work on the Kolbus KM200 line. The role involves preparing and operating bindery equipment to produce ready-to-print paperbacks or hardcover end sheets, in a three-shift environment.

You will be part of a small team responsible for keeping the machine running, maintaining it, and ensuring stock levels of materials are up to date. A conducive training path and potential for permanent placement are offered.

Qualifications

• Precise and accurate at handling materials and setup.
• Good mechanical/technical aptitude for operating machines.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Experience in the printing industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate the Kolbus KM200 binder and cutter.
• Prepare loose book blocks for paperbacks and add end sheets for hardcover production.
• Keep the machine running smoothly and monitor stock of materials.
• Work in a small team focused on quality and efficiency.
