Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Leiden requires a Senior Director of Operations Biotherapeutics to lead one of the company’s largest biotherapeutics manufacturing organizations. You will oversee drug substance operations for Leiden, guiding ~1,000 colleagues to ensure safety, quality, and reliable supply.

Responsibilities include end-to-end manufacturing leadership, site transformation, and cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Engineering, MSAT, Planning, Procurement, and Finance.

Qualifications

Education: Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline required; advanced qualification preferred.
Experience: minimum 15 years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or a highly regulated environment; senior leadership experience.
Lean/continuous improvement: Lean Six Sigma experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own the performance of Operations across all departments and set practical priorities.
Lead site transformation and drive daily performance with standard work and data-driven tools.
Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and cost management are maintained.
