Idesam seeks senior R&D or innovation professionals to mentor Amazon Innovators on biorefinery development and scaling. Candidates should possess expertise in lignocellulosic biorefining, polyphenol extraction, or process scale-up.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainable bio-based ingredient development. Compensation includes a monthly stipend and potential bonuses for successful projects.

Competenze

• Senior R&D or innovation professionals with relevant experience.
• Background in biorefining, pulp and paper, or biofuels.
• Experience with bio-based chemical companies or startups.

Mansioni

• Mentor Amazon Innovators on biorefinery architecture.
• Guide on scale-up logic and route selection.
• Dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per month.
