Job summary

KARA Energy Systems invites an Assembly Technician to join our close-knit team in the Netherlands. You will assemble and install advanced biomass systems on site, working from technical drawings and collaborating with project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will handle mechanical assembly, alignment, and communication with customers on-site, prioritizing safety and accuracy. A degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics plus relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• MBO 3 thinking and working level.
• Experience in technical assembly work.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
• Experience with adjusting, aligning and checking components.
• Experience with lifting equipment (Forklift, aerial work platform, VCA certificate or willingness to obtain).
• Speaks and writes Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently assemble and build our biomass installations.
• Work on project sites for new installations and expansions.
• Check technical drawings and components for quality and completeness.
• Prioritize safety, teamwork and customer focus while meeting schedules.
