As a BIM Designer in the Building & Infrastructure team, you'll play a key role in developing detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and visualizations for our Fulfillment Centers, Hubs, and infrastructure projects across the Netherlands, Germany, and France. Your work will ensure design accuracy and cross-discipline coordination, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term improvements through high-quality BIM documentation.
Design development: Set up designs for new Fulfillment Centers and Hubs, ensuring alignment with operational needs and engineering standards.
Cross-Functional collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and teams from Automation, Real Estate, and Operations to integrate design solutions across disciplines.
2D/3D modelling: Create high-quality 2D and 3D designs for buildings, layouts, technical installations, and infrastructure using BIM tools.
Site Validation: Visit project locations in the Netherlands, Germany, and France to collect on-site data, validate designs, and support implementation
Bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences, e.g. Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field
0 - 3 years of working experience in technical drawing, 3D modelling, or BIM coordination, preferably in logistics or industrial projects
You’re fluent in English. Dutch, German of French is a plus.
You’re experienced with BIM tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (knowledge of Dynamo is a plus)
You preferably have experience with parametric design
You bring a strong eye for detail and execution mindset; deliver in-time, with the right level of details, according to business requirements.
You have experience in working with multiple stakeholders and internal clients
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and have a critical eye for details
You’re flexible and excited to travel regularly between NL, DE, and FR
