Job summary

Staffice is seeking a Bicycle Mechanic & Assembly Technician to work on constructing high-quality bicycles in Mijdrecht. You will build complete bicycles step by step according to safety and production guidelines, solving minor assembly challenges and adjusting components for smooth operation.

You will collaborate with colleagues to keep production running efficiently, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and strive for a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mechanic or assembly technician.
• Strong dexterity with hand tools.
• Good command of English or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Assemble high-quality bicycles completely according to technical work instructions.
• Operate pneumatic, electric, and hand tools for precise assembly tasks.
• Install, test, and fine-tune gear systems and cable brakes.
• Identify and resolve minor technical irregularities during assembly.
• Assist colleagues across production line sections when needed.
• Maintain a structured, clean, and safe work environment.
