Job summary

Samsung SDS is seeking a Logistic Coordinator for the SEBN department to manage outbound deliveries and returns across the Benelux region. You will collaborate with the logistics team, manage relationships with warehouses and 3PLs, and optimize distribution costs while ensuring service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics or SCM, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Travel to Delft, Tilburg, and Schiphol is part of the job, with English at B2 level and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level; Dutch preferred but not mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with warehouse, supply chain management, order desk, sales subsidiaries, 3pl logistics partners.
• Focus on white goods operation.
• Secure accurate outbound transport.
• Prevent and resolve logistics issues while meeting customer requirements.
• Analyze processes, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor deliveries, IOD/GI control, and direct shipments.
• Handle returns/refusals, support claims, and minimize blocked stock.
• Provide marketing and promotional support.
• Check exceptional costs and support month-end reporting activities; act as back-up.
