Job summary

Alpha ESS Europe is seeking a Marketing Specialist Benelux to translate strategic marketing into Dutch and Belgian actions. You’ll work with the Sales Director, local management and our freelance Marketing Coordinator to drive campaigns, content, events, product launches and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Approximately three to five years of relevant marketing experience.
• Hands-on marketing role experience.
• Experience in B2B, channel, partner or trade marketing is highly valued.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to work closely with sales.
• Experience with campaigns, content creation, digital marketing, events and product introductions.
• Native Dutch speaker with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, solar, HVAC, electrical engineering, e-mobility or another technical sector is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with CRM, digital marketing, analytics and AI-supported marketing tools.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a structured way.
• Willing to work regularly from our office at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven and travel within the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Coordinate campaigns, content, events, training and PR activities.
• Adapt the approach to Dutch and Belgian markets.

• Share market insights with European and global teams.
• Support sales to drive commercial growth.
• Develop activities for distributors, installers, energy companies and partners.
• Coordinate co-marketing and channel promotions.
• Create sales presentations and partner materials.
• Ensure effective follow-up of marketing activities and leads.
