Job summary

Danone in Hoofddorp is seeking a BENELUX Indirect Procurement Intern to join the Benelux procurement team starting November 2026. You will support HR & marketing procurement, perform spend analysis, gather requirements, run tenders, and align stakeholders across offices and factories.

As a Bachelor or Master student, you will use SAP and orchestration tools, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with European and global teams in a hybrid work setting with an internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor’s/Master’s student during the whole internship period.
• You are a resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number (non-EU citizens need a Dutch residency permit).
• Non-EU citizens must provide a 3-party internship agreement signed by your university.
• Ideally available to start in November for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Able to work from the Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.

Danone is looking for a BENELUX Indirect Procurement Intern to join the Benelux procurement team in Hoofddorp starting November 2026.

About the job

Are you passionate about procurement, building strong relationships, and turning data into meaningful insights? Are you a Bachelor or master's student with a major in procurement or business management? Do you have a good set of convincing skills and an analytic mindset? Then join as the new BENELUX Indirect Procurement Intern.

You will be part of the Benelux procurement team and support the team with projects in the categories of HR & marketing procurement.

You will be involved within the full scope of procurement activities such as:

• Spend & scope analysis
• Gathering requirements
• Tender
• Stakeholder alignment
• Supplier negotiation
• Contracting

Within this intern role you will have many opportunities to engage with stakeholders in offices and factories, as well as within the procurement department, the European, Global, and buying desk teams.

About you

As a procurement intern, SAP programs and Orchestration tools will be second nature to you. You can balance projects well and have a way with managing different stakeholders. On top of that, you’re a proactive person with a good set of convincing skills who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• In the case of non-EU citizens, it is mandatory to provide a 3-party internship agreement signed by your university;
