Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Benelux to partner with the Managing Director and leadership team on business and people strategy across Belgium and the Netherlands. The role oversees HR services for 1,200 Roermond and 200 Wijnegem colleagues, aligning global HR priorities with local governance and compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in a large international organization.
• Experience leading HR teams across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong strategic business partnering capability with credibility with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR sparring partner to the Benelux OPCO Managing Director and leadership team on business strategy, organization and people priorities.
• Own the complete HR agenda for Benelux, translating global strategy into local, compliant policies and practices.
• Lead the Country HR teams Netherlands & Belgium and develop team capabilities to deliver measurable value.
• Drive succession planning, talent retention, and organisational effectiveness across the OPCO.
