Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg within Vertiv Services EMEA. You will coordinate audits, drive ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, and work with projects and offices to meet legal and corporate standards.

The role requires collaborating with management, performing risk assessments, delivering inductions and trainings, and reporting on incidents while supporting external accreditations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in EHS in a similar setting.
• Experience with construction, electrical, UPS, thermal or generator environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; VCA experience preferred.
• English required; Dutch and French are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EHS activities for BeNeLux within Vertiv Services EMEA.
• Maintain annual VCA audit and prepare documentation.
• Implement and manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Conduct audits on engineers and site EHS requirements.
• Lead accident/near miss investigations and report findings.
• Develop internal EHS documentation and training programs.
