You will craft cocktails, maintain the bar to Soho House standards, and provide engaging service to members and guests. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with opportunities to grow within a global lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic personality.
• Good English language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (and food when required).
• Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards.

The Role

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the member experience—creating exceptional moments through great drinks, genuine hospitality, and effortless service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere, you'll play a key role in making every visit memorable. What you'll do

• Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (and food when required)
• Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Bartender
• A positive team player with strong communication skills
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends & public holidays)
• Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Good English required (additional languages are a plus)

• Compensation: above statutory minumum. From 2511€ to 2718€, based on experience (no youth salary when younger than 20 y/o)
• Travel allowance > 7.5km
