Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking a Bar Back to join our bar team. In this role, you will support bartenders by preparing mise en place, stocking the bar, and keeping glassware polished. This position offers a welcoming environment for hands-on learning in hospitality, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

A good level of English is essential, and additional languages are a bonus. Previous experience is helpful but not required as training is provided to develop technical

The Role

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Bar Back to join our bar team. In this role, you’ll support the bartenders by preparing mise en place, keeping the bar fully stocked and organised, polishing glassware, and assisting with general cleaning duties. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and start or grow your career in the bar and hospitality world.
