Qualifications

• Experience behind the bar and knowledge of cocktails & spirits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and flexible attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving drinks, cocktails, and bar bites with flair.
• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Engaging in conversations and making recommendations based on the menus.
• Ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Handling orders and payments efficiently.
• Contributing to upselling and promoting in-house offers.
• Following Hilton brand standards and hygiene guidelines.
• Being a team player during busy service moments.
