Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a passionate Bartender for Café Americain in Amsterdam. You will craft cocktails, pour beers and wines, and brew barista coffee with energy and hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years behind the bar and demonstrate knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and coffee, plus a readiness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, beers, and barista-style coffee, or a strong eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
• Comfortable using POS systems (preferably Micros).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, from signature cocktails and premium spirits to wines, beers, and specialty coffees.
• Welcome guests warmly, provide expert drink recommendations, and engage with charm and professionalism.
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times; monitor stock and minimise waste.
