Position: Fulltime Bartender

Bartending with love provides happiness for the soul. We are looking for a passionate bartender who adds a personal touch to our excellent guest experience at the bar.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu
• Deliver exceptional, friendly, courteous, and professional guest service at all times
• Take beverage orders, upsell where possible
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established standards and service sequence
• Follow standard recipes and minimize waste to keep beverage cost in line with budget
• Be flexible, meeting special guest requests for specific preparation methods and ingredients
• Order beverage ingredients based on par stocks and as required by Management
• Utilize the outlet point‑of‑sales system, ensuring all sales are properly recorded and follow correct procedures for ordering, voiding or correcting items
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, resolving issues satisfactorily
• Treat operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimize damage and reduce waste
• Assist in inventory taking as required, and resolve discrepancies in beverage inventory

Qualifications (Key skills)

• At least 2 years of F&B experience, ideally working at a high‑end bar within a hotel
• Familiar with cocktail preparation and wine service, with good barista skills
• Enjoy being behind the bar and showcase your skills with personal flair
• Know HACCP procedures
• Full‑time availability and flexible schedule
• Good written and spoken English, preferably Dutch as well
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands; EU/EEA passport or valid work permit (no visa assistance)
