Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking a proactive Bar Back to join our bar team. You will support bartenders with mise en place, keep the bar stocked, and help maintain a clean, efficient service area.

If you are enthusiastic about hospitality, English-speaking, and flexible for evenings and weekends, this is a great entry point to advance in the bar and hospitality world. Training is provided to develop technical and guest-focused skills.

Qualifications

• Positive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Interest in food, beverage and hospitality.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• Good level of English; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place and keep the bar fully stocked.
• Polish glassware and assist with general cleaning.
• Support bartenders during service to ensure smooth operation.

The Role

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Bar Back to join our bar team. In this role, you’ll support the bartenders by preparing mise en place, keeping the bar fully stocked and organised, polishing glassware, and assisting with general cleaning duties.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and start or grow your career in the bar and hospitality world.

• Salary:2.468,35€ in line with Horeca CAO (no your salary under 20y/o)
