What you’ll do

As a Bar Ambassador at Freddy’s Bar, you are the first face guests see and the reason they choose to stay. You don’t just welcome guests with a smile, but with a story. Whether it’s about Freddy Heineken, the history of the bar, or an anecdote about Amsterdam, you know how to make every encounter special.

Who you are

• A natural flair and infectious energy
• A passion for Amsterdam – the city, its people, its stories
• A confident conversationalist, in both Dutch and English (other languages are a plus)
• Hospitality experience is a bonus, but your personality matters more
• You enjoy being around people and know how to make someone feel genuinely welcome
• You can effortlessly switch between an intimate story and a lively, busy atmosphere
• An affinity with music, cocktails, or classic hospitality is a plus
