4most seeks a Consultant Risk Advisory (Banking) to join its Amsterdam team, delivering advisory services to banks from global lenders to regional players, with focus on credit risk, IFRS 9, stress testing and ESG integration.

The ideal candidate holds a Master degree and 2+ years in risk analytics for banks, with hands-on experience in model development, validation and data handling using Python, PySpark, SAS, SQL or R. English proficiency required; Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Quantitative Finance or comparable subject.
• 2+ years’ experience in risk, analytics or data science for banks.
• Hands-on experience with A-IRB, IFRS 9 or Stress Testing models.
• Proficient in Python, PySpark, SAS, SQL or R; Databricks a plus.
• Strong English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing (credit) risk and pricing models for regulatory and business use.
• Validating and challenging models on design, performance and implementation.
• Conducting stress testing across operational execution to model development.
• Processing large (credit) risk datasets and improving data quality.
• Integrating ESG across data, models and risk processes.
