Job summary

Partner HR Solutions zoekt een Operator voor een bakkerij in Limburg. Je stelt productielijnen in en wisselt ze bij productwissels, voert kwaliteitsinspecties uit en identificeert storingen.

Je werkt fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst, hebt MBO-niveau en beheerst Nederlands of Engels. Kennis van HACCP is een plus, je werkt zelfstandig én in team, en je draagt bij aan voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau werk en denken vereist.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.
• Bereidheid tot 3-ploegendienst.
• Aantoonbare toewijding aan voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit.

Responsibilities

• Productielijn opzetten en ombouwen bij productwissels.
• Kwaliteitsinspecties uitvoeren.
• Technische storingen identificeren en oplossen.
• Duidelijke overdracht naar de volgende ploeg waarborgen.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and change over the production or packaging line when switching products.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Identify and resolve technical malfunctions.
• Ensure a clear and effective handover to colleagues on the next shift.

Wat wij vragen:

• MBO (vocational) level of working and thinking.
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• Available to work full-time and willing to work in a 3-shift rotation.
• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards is an advantage.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to food safety and quality.

• Salary according to the Bakery Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CAO), starting at 15,97 per hour (before tax).
• Shift allowance up to 37% according to schedule.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km for commuting distances from 10 km up to 30 km (one way).
