Job summary

Oakwell Hampton Group is seeking a Backend Engineer (DevOps) to join a health-tech AI start-up based in Delft. You will own backend systems and drive deployments in a fast-paced environment.

Strong fundamentals in Python and/or TypeScript are required, plus Terraform, cloud (GCP/Azure) and containerization experience. You will liaise with external technical stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong backend fundamentals and experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Infrastructure ownership including deployments and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Terraform and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).
• Experience with containerization and modern deployment workflows.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer (with experience in DevOps) to join a health-tech AI start-up based in the Delft. If you want to make a genuine contribution to a start-up with global influence within Health-tech, and be part of an incredibly talented, high-performing team, this opportunity might be the one for you.

The perfect candidate will combine strong backend/software engineering fundamentals within (Python and/or Typescript), additionally, someone who brings strong infrastructure experience: Terraform + cloud (GCP/Azure) + containerization experience. The candidate must be comfortable owning infrastructure and deployments, troubleshooting constrained environments, and communicating directly with external technical stakeholders.
