Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment is seeking an Azure Security Engineer to own the security of a live Azure platform across Entra ID, Defender for Cloud and Sentinel. You will implement IAM controls, RBAC, CA, PIM, and identity governance, with IaC like Terraform and pipelines.

You’ll participate in design sessions, deployments and DR tests, starting with hands-on implementation and expanding as the platform matures. The role requires 6+ years in Azure infrastructure with security focus, Fluent English

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Azure infrastructure or cloud engineering with a security focus
• Entra ID in depth: RBAC, CA, PIM, identity governance
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Sentinel; write your own KQL
• IaC with Terraform, Azure DevOps pipelines; PowerShell usage
• Azure networking: private endpoints and segmentation
• Appetite for software supply chain and vulnerability management
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the security of a live Azure platform and build it yourself
• Implement IAM controls, RBAC, CA, PIM, and governance
• Collaborate in design sessions, deployments and disaster recovery tests
• Work with Terraform, Azure DevOps pipelines, Ansible, and PowerShell
• Manage network segmentation with private endpoints and monitoring
• Contribute to software supply chain and vulnerability management
• Engage in heavy implementation in the initial months
